Order Processing

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During sales, holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been shipped, when applicable.

Lost Packages

Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

2. Ask household members or neighbors.
3. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
Tacoma Sticker Co. is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
