Lost Packages


If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.


We will assist in contacting the shipping carrier and investigating the issue. However, Tacoma Sticker Co. cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost by the carrier.


Delivered but Missing Packages


If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

2. Ask household members or neighbors.



3. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.




Tacoma Sticker Co. is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.


Damaged Shipments


If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.



We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
