Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Because of this, order cancellations or modifications may not always be possible after an order has been submitted.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for quality control reasons, we generally do not accept returns on stickers, decals, or other custom-made products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
You may be required to provide photos of the item and packaging.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
A replacement item
Store credit
A full or partial refund

Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Tacoma Sticker Co. is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package has not been delivered or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues, we will review each situation individually.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Custom and Personalized Products
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special-request items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error caused by Tacoma Sticker Co.

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, monitor displays, printing processes, and lighting conditions.
Minor color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
